Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every set is carefully designed, handcrafted, and quality-checked before leaving our studio.
Because our products are made for personal use, we kindly ask you to review the following policy before placing your order. 💅


1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped or delivered.
This includes cases where you:

  • Changed your mind after purchase

  • Ordered the wrong size, length, or shape

  • Selected the wrong style or collection

We encourage all customers to double-check their size, shape, and design choice before checkout.
All product details and colors are based on the first image shown on each product page.


2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package.

To ensure we can assist you promptly:

  • Do not remove or tear the tamper-proof seal on the packaging.

  • Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Email us at hello@meltynails.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Our support team will review your case carefully and handle it on a case-by-case basis.
We’ll reach out to you as soon as possible with the best solution.

Please note: once the tamper-proof seal has been removed or damaged, the product is considered opened and can no longer qualify for refund or replacement.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been shipped.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
If you need assistance, please contact hello@meltynails.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help.


4. Refunds (If Approved)

Approved refunds (for verified damaged or incorrect orders) will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
