Are Meltynails reusable?

Yes — if you use adhesive tabs, you can easily remove and reuse them several times.

If you use nail glue, the bond will be stronger and last longer, but removal may damage the press-on and make reuse difficult.

Are Meltynails vegan and cruelty-free?

Always. All our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made without harsh chemicals.

They’re safe, gentle, and created with love — never tested on animals.

How do I find my size?
How do I choose my shape and length?

Our shapes range from Short Square (16mm) for an effortless daily look, to Long Oval (29mm) for a more refined, elegant style.

Each one is carefully proportioned to complement natural nail curves and hand shapes.

Can I request custom designs or sizing?

Yes — we love hearing your ideas.

While most Meltynails designs are pre-made to keep quality consistent, we do take on select custom requests.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

All Meltynails orders are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic (within your region): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on country and customs inspection)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order size.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $79 USD.

You can also check how close you are to free shipping in your cart before checkout.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address only if your order has not yet been shipped.

Please double-check all details before placing your order to avoid delays.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

Sometimes shipping carriers take 1–2 business days to refresh their tracking system.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry — your package is still moving.

If it remains unchanged for longer, please reach out with your order number and name, and our team will help you check it.

Do we offer refunds or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size.

We kindly recommend reviewing your size and shape carefully using our Size Guide before completing your order,

and double-checking that your chosen design is exactly what you love — product details are always based on the first photo shown.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

While rare, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package.

To help us assist you efficiently:

  • Do not remove or tear the tamper-proof seal on the packaging.
  • Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and the shipping label.
  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue in your message.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, we start preparing it right away — this helps us keep your delivery fast and smooth.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.

What if I ordered the wrong size or shape?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size or style selections.

Because all Meltynails sets are handcrafted and packaged for personal use, returns cannot be accepted once shipped.

My package shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it yet, please:

  1. Double-check your delivery address and surroundings (mailbox, reception desk, neighbors).
  2. Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered before final handover.
  3. If still missing, contact your local carrier first.
